Zesty lemon cake filled with a subtle skim of white Belgian chocolate ganache and lemon curd.
Chocolate Orange
A dense chocolate orange cake made with real Belgian chocolate, filled with orange chocolate ganache and orange Swiss meringue buttercream.

A moist sticky gingerbread sponge with a cinnamon and brown sugar buttercream filling.

Raspberry and White chocolate
A subtly flavoured white chocolate sponge with real raspberries, filled with subtly flavoured white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream. This is not full on white chocolate flavoured, but just enough to balance the tang of the raspberries.

Banoffee
A banana sponge, filled with salted caramel and plain swiss meringue buttercream. Swiss meringue is silkier and creamier than standard butter cream so stops the cake being too sugary sweet.

Cherry Bakewell
An light almond sponge, with dark cherry jam and cherry bakewell flavoured buttercream.
